Repair Services (Mail-In Orders)
For repair services, customers are responsible for shipping their device to us.
Once your repair is completed, we will cover the return shipping cost back to you.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and optional signature confirmation for added security.
Please include your order number and first name inside the package to avoid delays.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS for return shipping.
Customers may ship their devices to us using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Processing & Turnaround Time (Repairs)
Repair turnaround time typically ranges from 3–10 business days after the device is received.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
