You provide the iPod and all parts, and I professionally install and configure everything for you.


Service Price:

$89 including return shipping inside the United States.


Supported modifications include:


• iFlash installation

• Front faceplate replacement

• Backplate replacement

• Click wheel replacement

• Internal upgrades and custom modifications


Parts Shipping Option


After purchasing the service, you may also ship replacement parts directly to our address from the seller or online store if you prefer.


Many customers choose this option when ordering batteries, iFlash adapters, faceplates, backplates, or other upgrade components online.


This can help simplify the process and avoid shipping delays.


Shipping instructions and the correct delivery address will be provided after purchase.


I need to receive pictures of the battery and the iFlash adapter if you are upgrading the storage system.


This is extremely important because some batteries are not compatible with certain iFlash adapters, backplates, or internal configurations.


I will review your setup before you purchase or ship the parts to help avoid compatibility problems.


You simply send:

• All parts

• Your desired modification setup

Why is the service $89?


Many people assume iPod modifications are simple, but these devices are extremely delicate internally, especially older iPod Classic models.


During installation, there is always risk involved when opening the device and working with:


• fragile ribbon flex cables

• headphone jack assemblies

• hold switch cables

• battery connectors

• aging internal components and clips


If any internal component becomes damaged during the installation process, I personally assume the responsibility and repair or replace the damaged part whenever possible.


This service is not simply “putting parts together.”

Original Parts Return Policy


All original parts removed from your iPod during the modification process will be safely returned to you together with the device.


This includes items such as:


• original battery

• original hard drive

• original faceplate

• original backplate

• original internal components replaced during service


Nothing is discarded unless you specifically request disposal as a courtesy.


Many customers prefer keeping their original parts for future restoration, backup, or collection purposes, and I fully respect that.


Music & Data Policy


Please note that this service does NOT include music transfer or data backup.


If you are upgrading from the original hard drive to an iFlash or SD card setup, your existing music and files will NOT be transferred unless a separate transfer service is purchased.


During the modification process, the iPod will need to be fully restored and reformatted in order to:


• properly configure the new storage system

• verify iTunes synchronization

• test device stability

• confirm the modification was successful


For testing purposes, I usually sync only a small test music file to verify proper operation before return shipping.


Customers are responsible for backing up their own music and files before sending the device.


If you would like music transfer or data migration assistance, this service is available separately for an additional $49.


Parts Failure Policy


If any customer-supplied part is found to be defective or stops functioning during the installation or testing process, the repair status will be updated on our website accordingly.


Examples may include:


• defective batteries

• incompatible SD cards

• faulty iFlash adapters

• damaged flex cables

• defective faceplates or internal components


If replacement parts are needed, you may:


• purchase replacement parts yourself

• send updated replacement components

• provide the original seller information so compatibility can be verified

• or purchase replacement parts directly from us if available


Work will resume once compatible replacement parts are received.


Please rest assured that we are completely honest and transparent during the entire process.


We will never claim a part is defective unless it has genuinely failed testing or is truly incompatible with the installation.


You are always welcome to review our customer feedback and reputation before purchasing.


Any parts determined to be defective or incompatible will also be safely returned to you together with the device unless you specifically request disposal.


Shipping Information


Return shipping back to the customer is already included in the $89 service price for United States customers.


Customer is responsible only for shipping the iPod and parts to us.


Once the installation, testing, and final inspection are completed, the upgraded iPod will be professionally packaged and shipped back at no additional cost within the United States.


Turnaround Time


Typical turnaround time is approximately 5–10 business days after the device is received.


Because we also handle other active repair and restoration services at the same time, some projects may occasionally require additional time depending on current workload, testing, or parts compatibility verification.


Our priority is always quality, careful assembly, and proper testing rather than rushing the installation process.


Important Notes:


This service is for installation labor only.

Customer must provide all parts.


If additional problems are found inside the device such as damaged flex cables, charging port issues, or defective supplied parts, I will contact you before performing additional work.
