We prefer to remain honest and transparent rather than incorrectly listing rebuilt vintage hardware as new.

All original iPod Classic motherboards available today have been previously used at some point since Apple discontinued production many years ago.

However, this is not a standard used iPod.

Bluetooth Function

The internal Bluetooth module is integrated using the Hold Lock / Click function.

A discreet Bluetooth status indicator is located inside the headphone jack while maintaining full wired headphone functionality.

When using wired headphones, you can quickly verify Bluetooth status by looking inside the headphone jack. Since Bluetooth listening does not require the headphone jack, we selected this location to preserve the original appearance of the iPod while keeping the indicator discreet.

Bluetooth Status Indicators

Blue Light:

Bluetooth is ON and ready to connect.

Red Light:

Bluetooth module is active.

Blue / Red Blinking:

Pairing mode or switching connections.

No Light:

Bluetooth is OFF. You can continue using the iPod normally with wired headphones while minimizing unnecessary battery consumption from the Bluetooth module.

Battery Information

This custom build uses an upgraded 2000mAh battery compared to the original Apple battery rated around 680mAh.

Because of the significantly larger capacity, charging time may take longer than the original configuration.

However, playback time and battery life are greatly improved compared to the original configuration.

Storage Quality

256GB storage can hold approximately 60,000+ songs depending on file quality and format.

We do not use cheap generic storage in our custom builds.

We use trusted name-brand storage such as SanDisk and Samsung to improve long-term reliability and better protect your music collection.

Low-quality memory cards can become corrupted over time, lose files, develop bad sectors, disconnect randomly, or even report fake capacities.

Our goal is to build reliable devices designed to safely store your music collection for years to come.
