TURNAROUND TIME

Most repairs are completed within 5?10 business days after delivery. However, turnaround time may occasionally be longer depending on workload, testing time, parts availability, or additional repairs that may be required.

The turnaround time listed above is only an estimate and may be shorter or longer depending on our current repair volume.

After purchase, you will receive a message with the current estimated turnaround time and repair status tracking information for your order.

If you would like to know the current estimated turnaround time before purchasing, feel free to send us a message and we will gladly provide the most accurate estimate based on our current repair workload.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

This is a mail-in repair service. You must ship your device to us for repair.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to our repair center. We will cover the return shipping cost back to you after the repair is completed.

You may ship your device using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Signature confirmation is recommended for additional security during delivery.

The shipping address and instructions will be provided after purchase.

The order will only be marked as shipped after your device has been fully repaired, tested, and is ready to be returned.

Please disregard the estimated delivery date provided by eBay at checkout, as it is only an automatic platform estimate and does not represent the actual repair turnaround time.

Most repairs may be completed before the estimated date, but turnaround time can vary depending on workload, testing time, parts availability, and repair complexity.


REPAIR STATUS TRACKING

After purchase, you will receive access to our online repair status tracking system.

The tracking page will display your username, order number, and the current repair status of your device. Once your device is received, we will update the system to confirm delivery and keep all repair progress updated there.

The tracking system uses different color indicators to show each stage of the repair process, including:
Received, Waiting in Queue, Repair in Progress, Additional Testing, Waiting for Parts, Completed, and Shipped.

Most repairs are processed according to the original purchase date in order to keep the repair queue fair for all customers. However, warranty repairs and emergency situations may receive priority service.

The tracking page may also include technical notes and additional repair information, such as:
additional issues found, waiting for customer approval, waiting for parts, testing updates, or other important repair details.

After the repair is completed, your order will move to the shipped section, where tracking information for the return shipment will also be available.

This system helps keep the repair process clear and organized while reducing unnecessary status requests, since all important updates will be posted directly on the tracking page.

DEVICE CONDITION & BATTERY SERVICE INFORMATION

If your device battery is swollen, expanding, overheating, or no longer charging properly, we strongly recommend stopping use of the device and sending it for battery replacement service as soon as possible.

Continuing to charge or use a swollen battery may cause additional internal damage, including cracked displays, damaged LCDs, or pressure damage to internal components.

If you are purchasing a battery replacement service for an Apple device such as an iPod, iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, the device should show some signs of life before repair whenever possible.

In many cases, Apple devices with weak or degraded batteries will still show charging activity, a low battery symbol, connect to a computer, vibrate, or power on when connected to the correct charger.

If the device shows absolutely no signs of life, the problem may be related to the logic board, charging system, display, or another internal issue instead of only the battery.

If your device does not power on at all, please contact us before purchasing so we can help guide you toward the correct service.

For iPhone and iPad devices, Apple generally recommends battery replacement when battery health is below 80%.

SCREEN REPAIR INFORMATION

Some devices use separate LCD and digitizer components, which means different repair options may be available depending on the damage.

LCD:
The LCD is the internal display responsible for the image, colors, brightness, lines on screen, black spots, no image, or display problems.

90-DAY WARRANTY INFORMATION

All repair and modification services include a 90-day warranty covering the specific repair or replacement part provided under the service.

If you experience any problem related to the repair during the warranty period, you may send the device back to us for inspection and warranty service.

Warranty repairs are placed into our emergency repair queue, which means they receive priority handling and do not return to the normal repair queue.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the device back to us for warranty service. We will cover the return shipping cost back to the customer after warranty repair is completed.

In rare cases where the issue was directly caused by our repair service, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label for the customer.
