Did your iPod stop working after a repair or upgrade?

Whether you installed a battery, iFlash adapter, SD card, LCD, click wheel, or hard drive, I'll inspect your iPod, find the problem, and repair it whenever possible.

If the repair only requires labor or adjustments, there are NO additional labor charges.

## If Parts Are Required

If I find a damaged component, I'll contact you before replacing anything.

Examples include:

- Hard drive

- iFlash adapter

- LCD

- Click wheel

- Ribbon cable

- Other internal components

You can either:

- Send me the replacement part, or

- Purchase the required part directly from me.

Once the part is available, I'll install it at no additional labor charge. You only pay for the replacement part.

## Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround is 10–20 business days after I receive your iPod.

Many repairs are completed sooner when my workload allows, but please expect 10–20 business days when placing your order.
