This service only covers the replacement of the digitizer (touch screen) and does not include LCD or display repair.

This service is only for devices with a digitizer issue.

If your device has other problems, additional repairs may be required.

The device must fully power on, and the LCD must be working properly (no black spots, lines, or display issues). Touch functionality is not required.

Please note that some devices with a damaged screen may also have additional internal issues that are only discovered after the new digitizer is installed and tested.

Shipping & Repair Tracking

After purchasing this service, you will receive detailed shipping instructions via eBay message, including the shipping address and access to our online repair status tracking page.

Please ship your device using USPS, UPS, or FedEx and include your name and order number inside the package.

Once your device is received, all repair updates will be available through our Repair Status Tracking website.

You will be able to monitor when your device is received, placed in queue, under repair, testing, completed, and shipped with tracking information.

We will mark the item as shipped on eBay only after your device has been fully repaired and is ready to be returned.

The tracking page at the end of this listing shows the current repair queue and estimated turnaround time. Please note that turnaround may change at any time depending on workload.

Testing & Repair Process

This service includes LCD or screen replacement without extended pre-testing to avoid delays.

If your device has additional symptoms, please include a note with your order number inside the package.

Testing is limited for devices with a passcode or lock enabled.

Due to workload limitations, extended testing is not performed. After repair, the device will receive a basic display and functional test.

Please use an original Apple charger designed for this device when testing it after repair. Some devices may not accept fast chargers, while others may not charge properly with low-power chargers.
